Default Computer continualy rebooting

My other computer keeps contiualy rebooting and every so often flashes a blue error screen.

more info please. is it rebooting righ when you turn it on, after a min. etc

yeah, what are your specs? look inside your computer and check all your connections, you want to try the simple things first.

was running a defrag, then it just started doing it. I have a p4

but yeah and whenever I turn it on it just keepes rebooting over and over

have you tried safe mode? f8 on startup and safe mode.

well, now by chance it its acting normaly. But I think it might be a problem with the operating system or maybe the hard drive. Do you think so?

Still more information is needed on your computer.

I agree with the Safe Mode, Then go to Device Manager, check for Issues between Hard Ware.

It didn't start into safe mode. it just restarted agin. What should i do to get it to start?
