Default Recording Desktop?

Hey All,

Im Using Vista, and i have a friend whos thinking of upgrading to Vista,

But he wants too see what it looks like, so im looking for a program that will record what i do on screen, Like as a Video.

NOT Printscreen

Something that will record like all my mouse movements and Such.

I really think its too Dodgy.

The Review site said ShareWare.

That site said FreeWare.
