lexmark

ok i used to be able to plug in my mp3 and have a windows screen automatically jump up and give me an option to add/delete or do w/e on my sansa but for some reason that doesn't happen anymore, i plug it in, it makes the beep sound and gives me a few options that have nothing to do with what i need.....


could i download a program to replace windows ? if so, whats the name of it...



and if not, what can i do to get the original windows program back?
