Default My CPU arrived help please

My core 2 duos E4400 arrived today and everything is here but the problem is that the stock heatsink has like something on the bottom. On the arctic silver 5 website they told me to remove it but how? help?

If you're gonna put the arctic silver on it, then the answer is yes

Ok i got a centurion 5 case but then theres no way to remove the I/O Shield plate wtf.. How am i suppose to install my mobo then
