Installing Skins
Im trying to install this skin from Deviantart.com
http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/...+age_scale%3A5 But when I download it, it opens in paint. How do I change it into a theme, or whatever it's supposed to be.

i think you put it in the windows file. i will get back as where to
edit. scrap that. no idia  . you may need like a program or something
