Default Choice.

Hi guys, where the hell should i spend my money! Im really annoyed that i cant choose!
Im trying to choose between this:

Intel Quad Core 10ghz+
3gb Ram DDR2
8600GT nvidia Card
7.1 Surround Sound

and an Xbox 360.

I can get the pc for $800 and the Xbox 360 for $600. (AUS)
I only want one of the above so if you could help me make a choice that would be great.

Get the PC, definitely, but 4 x 2.5Ghz cores does not equal 10Ghz.

Okay, but then, how does figuring out max power for a quad core work?
EDIT: Wait i just worked it out. A quad core 2.5ghz is 2.5ghz but it can maintain that constant 2.5ghz processing speed vastly longer... correct?

Default pc or 360?

dude get the pc. pc can run so many games at such higher quality than a 360. and you can do things on a pc that a 360 couldnt even begin to think of doing. oh and quad core means it is a 2.5 ghz processor but it has four processors for multi-tasking or serious demand processes.
