Lightbulb Best point and shoot camera for $250 and under

i could stretch the 250 but i was hoping you guys could help me out with a choice because you seem to know a lot about cameras.

ive been looking through newegg but i still cant decide... for $250 i would like the camera do have a...
-rechargable battery (not double A batteries)
-movie with sound
that is basically it and i would like it to fit in my pocket like really really thin and if the camera had scene shot that would be a plus.

i saw a view good cameras but theres always one or two negative responses that make me say no. can anyone help me find one?

i like the canon exilim, its very thin, has a large screen, and i believe its 6 MP. the only drawback? if your not taking video, it has a four second wait-time before the next pic. battery life is good, unlike some others, and it feels VERY solid

EDIT: casio, my bad
