Default What is a safe temperature for a northbridge??

^^

Mine is very hot to the touch how hot can they get before any damage or instability kicks in

It helps to know the actual temperature, use CPU-Z or something to look it up.

There isnt a program to findout northbridge temperatures as far as im aware
