Default ERROR: Library not registered

Hi,

I've just reinstalled WinNT4.0 and IE5.5. On my system I have some scripts made with VBScript. Now when I try to run them I get the following error message:" Library not registered".
How can I solve the problem ?

Thanks in advance.
