first time i got a blue screen error

hey, last night i was playing wow till 4:00 am then restarted my computer bys accident instead of shutdown cause i was in rush when i clicked f1 since it was on the whole time it loded windows and i got a blue screen saying this

What is that sounds like ram to me. I think the videocard got to hot

(But im on it right now and it is working great : )
