reformat help

I was in the middle of reformating and I was cleaning under my desk and accidentally turned off my power strip and the comp went off. Now when i try to start over and boot from a cd it says...
Press any key to boot from cd.....Error loading operating system and doesn't let me do anything. I press a key before this message but it just sits there until the message appears and doesnt boot from a cd

does any know whats going on?

it sounds like it is not booting from the cd b/c it is timing out. are you sure your keyboard is pluged in and working. if so try to get into the bios

I got it to work, I just disabled booting from anything by the cdrom
