Antec P-180

I have an Antec P-180. There are two lights at the front and I know the bottom one is the hard drive. What is the purpose of upper one? Mine doesn't turn on even when at sleep state. I just want to make sure before I open the case and fiddle with the little wires (mine is pretty heavy and in an awkward position). This is my first build, and now I know why people pay enormous amount for a PC ~ its these wires! Thanks for any help.

There are 2 HDD lights....
