Default Need way to cool southbridge (pic)

How can I cool my south bridge?

http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne...8258735&size=o

It gets way to hot. As in idles at 45, but the rest of my pc idles at 35 (oc'ed). It is the only bottle neck I have on my pc.

If you know of any way to help me out. Please post.

See my problem is, my 8800 is putting heat in the air around the southbridge. So it cant get cool air. Does anyone know of any sort of "air conditioner" or "air cooler" for my pc?
