i wanna delete a partition how?

hi all
my pc had 7.6 GB only (5.7 GB on the c and 1.9 GB on the d).
does anyone know a way how yo move that 1.9 GB to the c drive, to increase its capacity to 7.6 GB.
i have windows xp: home edt. by the way.

If you're not concerned about keeping the data you can even use the Windows installation to repartition
