I thought of something for a $750 budget, I am making a thread with different budget scales since Praetor's is a bit old. What do you guys think?

No for my Dad

his Dell is just being a Dell again..... He doesn't game, the only thing this will do is run CoH and AoEIII, my brother might game on it....
