Default Noob wants to play SC4 on Emachine!!!

Hi guys

I'm debating buying Sim City 4 for my Emachine T3882 (I am behind the times). My question is, I'm not too knowledgeable about graphics cards and need to know if my internal graphics card will handle this, or if I'll need to get a new one?

...and, if I need to get a new one, what type do I get? Here's the details...

Emachine T3882:
Motherboard Chipset: Intel 865GV
Number of PCI Slots: 3
Rear Peripheral Connectors: Serial: 1, PS/2: 2, Parallel: 1, USB 2.0: 4
Front Peripheral Connectors: USB

Video Card Type: Integrated Extreme Graphics 2
Video Card Interface Type: Integrated
Video Card Memory: 64 MB
Rear Video Outputs: VGA: 1

Sim City 4 Requirements:
Minimum:
PIII 500 MHz or equivalent; 128 MB RAM;Windows 98/2000/ME; 16 MB supported; DirectX 7.0; Direct3D capable video card with DirectX 7.0 compatible driver; 1 GB hard drive space; 8X or faster CD-ROM drive

It also says...
32 MB of RAM minimum
ATI Radeon or greater
NVIDIA TNT2 or greater
GeForce or greater
Matrox G400 or greater
SiS 315 or Xabre

Hopefully I did not weigh you down with too many details. Thanks for your help!

2.8GHz Intel Celeron D 335

Think I'll get good graphics with my current video card? Or will I have to scale down the graphics a little bit in the game?
