yeah thats the exact computer I got... Acer Aspire M5100 desktop and specs are exact like that. so.... I have 4 slots total.... and I can install 2gig stick right? I heard somewhere that some computer dont support 2gig stick/module.

One quick trip to the manufacturer's site to look over the specifications seen for that model indicate 2gb as the maximum amount meaning 1gb dimms per slot with only two slots apparently. |
i just open the case and see 4 ram slots total and 2 is avalible. I dont get why 2gb is max.... confuse....
