Default Is this fan compatible with my CPU?

I was looking around for a good zalman fan/heatsink, and found this on amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Zalman-CPU-70m...6414813&sr=8-3

Is that compatible with my intel e6750 core 2 duo? it says it works with intel dual core pentiums (socket 775) but i wasnt sure if that's the same thing or not.
