Default Is this RAM worth it?

I'm going to try and get into OCing when i finally put my next rig together, and was wondering if this RAM here would go good along side a 8800GTS and a nice E6750? I'm still not positive of the motherboard i will be getting, but will this work with the Core 2 duo mobos? Also, how are the timings ? Good overclock ability?

Thanks for any replies guys, i'm a pretty big noob when it comes to this stuff and want to get this build right.(hence the hundred topics ive been making lately, haha.)

After the rebate that RAM isn't a bad price... I like that g.skills and also the RAM in my sig. I'm not sure what's best for overclocking.

It's hard to say how well either set will overclock. The timings are good on both as well. I'm usually pretty cheap so I would go with the Corsair because it's $10 less after the rebate and it's advertised at the same speed/timings as the GSkill.
