Default Can a mobile phone break speakers?

My speakers are very sensitive to my mobile phone. Whenever there's a call, there are major disturbances, even from 3-4 metres. Will this damage my speakers? There is some kind of buzzing sound from one of them. Is my phone the cause, or are my speakers just crappy?

I doubt its just crappy speakers. Mine do that when somebodys about the ring or text me. They aree just sensitive to the radio waves. My mates car speakers also does it so dont worry about that but I aint sure if it can harm them.
