It depends on which modules you are comparing. If you are looking at the enthusiast section of DDR2-800, I would go for G.Skill.

Either is good. I would take the one that is the least expensive for the performance you want.

Like Cromewell said, but i tend to prefer Corsair... I dont know why, but iv always used their ram.

I prefer Corsair and the XMS2 series is pretty cheap at the moment
