Here's what I recommended to the other guy. You'll also need to buy DDRII. If you do, you'll end up getting this:

Secondary rig:
X2 6400+ / 2GB RAM DDRII-800 / Geforce 6100 (to upg) / Xblade Case / 420W PSU (BS) / 2x250GB / M55Plus-S3G / Vista Business x86_64
To upgrade:
Main = 8GB RAM DDRII-1200 / New board / New PSU?
Sec = 8GB DDRII-1200 / 3x250GB RAID 5 / New PSU

this one is the exact size you want but you'll need to find it somewhere else.

"Kof", the first one from newegg the biostar...looks ok to me but its has different dimensions...and the 2nd option well im not sure where to start it worse then my current board...it has a fsb of 400mhz, and only has PCI slots haha

So this leads me to my next question since i cant seem to find what i need, if the dimensions are smaller then 9.6 x 8.6 will it work???

or how bout this one i found slightly larger...
http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?m...=12&l3=42&l4=0

its 9.6" x 9.6" will that work??? (1 inch bigger)

Just a question for you lion, why are you wanting to buy old technology? I don't mean as an attack towards you but I'm curious. Perhaps the reason why you are having such trouble finding the board you want is because the technology is so old and developers have forgotten about it. Hope I didn't offend
