I'm thinking about selling the dvd burner in my sig and upgrading to a sata drive... I use it as an internal now but have a case for it and cables if you want its as an external (I used to use it with my lappy)... wondering how much I could get for it. Its in perfect condition only was on to burn dvds when used as an external and only a year old anyways. Let me know.

I'm pretty sure I still have the box and everything... the new one is $90 http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...ct_code=343175 so whats a reasonable price shipped... it works like new, $60? I have to decide if I want to just upgrade this one to a sata and put one of those scythe fans in my other 3 5.25" bays or have 2 optical drives.

$40 is a pretty good deal for you. I doubt you'll get more than that unless you sell it locally.
