Default Kingston Hyper X help.

I searched but could not find exactly what I am looking for or should I say anything that could give me a complete answer.

I recently built another computer, for the most part I have never really messed with the BIOS settings except to adjust the occasional voltage here or to verify my vid card was reading properly.

With my current system I am having an issue that I just cannot get a complete answer for. Here are the guts of my machine(yea is nothing super but it works).

MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz
Thermaltake W0106RU
Western Digital Caviar SE WD1600JS 160GB
Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit
Biostar 7950GT 512MB PCI-E x16
Zalman 9500
Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

The problem is my mobo bios settings are reading my ram at 667mhz and not 800mhz, I have read the FAQ about settings but my MOBO does not play by normal rules. The Settings are in a section of the bios called Cell monitor, to top it off I dont have the average 5 settings for the 4-4-4-12-1 that I am told I should be running at, I have like 10 different settings. Also I have no clue as to where I can change it from 667mhz to 800mhz. I have looked everywhere and cannot even locate it.

Does anyone have a link or know anything of that matter that could help me out.

I got the ram and its a known issue that it has to be changed in bios but I cannot find how to do it correctly online.

Once I can figure this out then I can learn how to overclock that CPU of mine!!
