Default Having Problem With Computer

Hey Everyone,
So I put this computer together about a week ago and everything has been going good with it except a few freezes here and there. Well today I decided to set my memory to 2.2V. I got into the operating system and started to do that system scoring thing then it froze up. Now I cant get into the operating system and when I try to load the Windows OS CD all it says is "Loading Files" and then shoots me back to loading the system. Right after the screen with the green bar going across that shows that it's loading I get the blue screen of death. I set all my bios to default and I'm still having this problem.

Thanks for your help!

Did you try setting the voltage back to the normal voltage? If that does not work you may have messed up your memory by overclocking it.

I set it back to normal and it still didn't work so I took the memory out and switched the slots and then I could get into the desktop and everything "worked" but it was very unstable. So I turned the voltage back to 2.2V (the thing that screwed me up in the first place) because I always like to find ways to mess up a computer and now I've been running steady for about an hour but I'm scared to try any games. Hopefully it stays this stable *crosses fingures*
