Exclamation Memrory Shadowing and Cache

How do you disable BIOS memory shadowing and caching?

My computer stops everything, and goes to this blue screen in which it tells me somethings wrong. The memory dump starts running. Where it says somethings wrong, it says to disable BIOS memory shadowing and caching. Also when I get the windows error send in boxes, it says SERRIOUS ERROR, then once it sends in whatever it sends in, it takes me to a page on what went wrong. There again its says to disable BIOS memory shadowing and caching.

Thanks
dave

Open BIOS, look it up, select Disable. Save. Reboot.

its that thing that runs right when you turn your computer on, usually it's delete or an F(F1-F12) key to enter
