Default ATX PSU on a SSI CEB board?

I guess the title says it really....can an ATX PSU be used on a SSI CEB mobo? The only PSUs I can find that have enough power for the system I'm building are ATX, but the mobo I want to use is an Asus SSI CEB (AMD dual processors dual core, upgradable to quads). Suggestions?
