Upgraded PC need Help
I Upgraded my friends HP with a new motherboard and a Intel Core 2 DUo and a Nvidia 8500. When it gets to the log in screen It says I have to register windows. I am using the same hard drive and they already registered it when they got the computer. I clicked the tab to register online but it cannot connect to the internet. AND YES THE ETHERNET CORD IS PLUGGED IN.

You did a major upgrade and now you need to re-install windows and re-register
