Good deal on Foxconn MB at Newegg

Cheap-o Foxconn MB at Newegg. The only weakness on this board is that the SATA buses are 1.5 GB and not 3.0. This thing even has integrated video, and it's only 35.00 after rebate.

Anybody here have this board already? I just got it in for a build I'm doing this weekend using a 3800+ X2 CPU.

Cons: The one egg is actually for the Foxconn rebate with this motherboard. The rebate cannot be validated because of the promotional code given by Foxconn does not exist on myrebates411 website, which must be registered through before sending in the rebate form to Foxconn. Watch the re-"bait" offer from Foxconn on this MB. As always, newegg delivered everything as promised but too bad newegg was not able to help resolving the rebate issue.
