Question Cpu temps to high?

I looked at my cpu temps after my pc shutdown unexpectedly (cpu has never been overclocked and its the one in my sig its the second time this has happened to me in the past week or so) and it says that my cpu temp is 96-100* F and my mobo is about the same to so I was wondering if I switched my fan around so that its bringing air in instead of out (is it supposed be that way or not?) would I get better temps? btw I only have two fans (including the cpu fan)

thanks

Once you hit the 60*C range, you should begin to worry. 37*C is fine, as theresthatguy. Hehe, actually cooler than my processor typically runs.

Could be hardware(PSU, RAM, other things) or could be software...

Right-click my computer, go to manage, event viewer, and check application and system. See if either of those logs have any errors(red X's)
