I'm running Vista Home Premium x64 and having trouble with either Adobe Acrobat 8.1 or Word 2007. (I have all the latest updates installed for Vista, Office, and CS3.) When I use the Acrobat add-on in Word 2007 "Create PDF," it will get about half way through the process and then lock up, giving me this error:
"Thunking Spooler APIS from 32 to 64 Process has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I'm not sure if this is an Adobe problem or a Microsoft problem. Has anyone run into this? Any idea if a solution is available? A Google search for the title of this thread is of no help. Thanks. |
