Well, you don't have to. But i would recommend it. Simply cause it will help make your graphics card live longer. Unlike CPUs graphics card's can change clocks speeds very quickly (just open the app and set back to stock) so theres not really that much harm. Just turn it up when your gonna do a benchmark or play a game. Well thats what i do, i guess not everyone does it.
