Problem started when I installed a XP program and when realized it uninstalled it and rebooted.
I now get an error LoginUI.exe
Windows cant run C:/Windows/system32/UxTheme.dll

Im able to get to my password screen on login but when it gets past there im stuck on a black screen that has safemode stated in all four corners and microsoft windows service pack 1 stated at the top..

SCREENSAVER IS WORKING!!!
I used my Vista disk to repair,but nothing.I even used Norton ghost 14.0 but it cant find a system restore point.
I know once in safe mode I was able to log in from my last working log in area on the black and white safe mode page ,but am unsure where I found it now?

Any ideas before I lose it all.....
