you are not getting the point of the matter. it does not require internet, but it does require a higher version of IE such as 6 +.
Well sometimes with old computers i usually bring along my norton antivirus cd. because on it there's a folder called Support-->
MSIE.
MSIE is IE6 located on the cd, so i use that.
yeah and the OP is right, its a problem getting IE6 online cause the setup is only KB, means its a partial installer that will go on the net to download the needed components, which in your case u dont have internet access.
