Question Laptop Searching

Greetings! I am browsing around for a good bang for buck laptop. I was wondering what some good laptop websites would be. I have checked Newegg already, but I am sure there is many more out there I do not know about.

Also if you have laptops to suggest, I will gladly hear it. The only things I really require is a decent battery life, and able to run vista premium smoothly, so 1 or preferable 2 gigs of ram. Other then that, just something durable and that will last. Also, barebone laptops are good too, I do not mind building it. Thanks for any advice you guys have for me!
