What program opens .bin extension file?

Careful, some developers use *.bin extension to store binary data. Don't try to extract or burn or mount it unless you know what's in it.

Only the .CUE files are readable through programs like PowerIso or UltraIso. Make sure it has one of them with it, otherwise it isn't an image file.

Not necessarily, you can create a cue file from a .bin but addle brains is right, it might not be a disc image.

A lot of image reading software can read a *.bin without a cue file.

u can play bin files if its a video: vlc, but u can use vlc do play any kinds of video files no need burn any cds as long as its played in your pc
