Default Help Please

Hello,

I have 2 hard drives (C: and D and recently i have decided to reformat both of them and reinstall windows.

Well now that i reinstalled windows, everytime i turn on my computer....it asks which version of windows i want loaded...and both options are Windows XP PRofessional. I thought this is because maybe one of the hard drives still has some of the previous windows files on it. So i decided to delete everything off the C: drive, but it still does this when i boot.

Also, right now the hard drive that is C: is my smaller hard drive (30GB) and the D: is my 200GB. I would like for C to be my primary hard drive and i want it to be the 200gb hard drive. Is it possible to do this switch?
All my stuff is on the D: but whenever i want to download something, it tries to save it to the C:, so its just annoying having to change the destination all the time.

Yes they were formatted properly. One drive is completely empty even. Im sure theres an option or something for the computer to stop asking which windows to boot up during startup....anyone know?
