I have a 9-in-1 card reader installed in a 3.5" bay and when I put my MS Pro Duo in it it says the card is in an unsupported interface and readyboost cannot be used.. but when I plug in a USB card reader and try again, it works!
I'm confused, as the USB port I use that readyboost works on is plugged into USB2 on my board, and the card reader runs through USB3 on the board ![]() Shouldn't it support the internal card reader?!

No, the Pro Duo card I'm using works when used with my Nyko USB Card Reader/USB Hub.. just not with my internal 3.5" bay card reader.

My temporary solution, which seems to work quite well
![]() (I hate clutter) Still pondering solutions.. I'd really prefer to be able to use my internal card reader, but it appears there's no real driver for it.. it uses generic drivers that Vista supplies and I can't find a make or model on this thing anywhere. ![]() ![]()
