file problem!

i cant delete a file named "CAK18P8V." it reads as a system file and a hidden file. no icon. everytime i try to delete it, it says "Cannot Delete File: Cannot Read From The Source File or Disk" can anyone help me delete it? its not in an important folder, its just there. no idea where it came from and not dependent or an extension to a mother folder.
