Default Intel P4 541, run 64-bit Ubuntu?

Is the P4 541 64-bit? I would like to run 64-bit Ubuntu with it... Before you say get Core architecture, I already have this CPU and would like to use this with my Ubuntu PC...

Thanks

Just in case you need it, here is the Intel support page for your motherboard. You can get updated drivers and such from it.
