Default what is a good 19 - 20 LCD monitor?

widescreen or not widescreen is not a problem for me. budget is around 250. what is a good quality gaming LCD monitor??? if you have read my other post. you will notice i am having brightness problem right now. so hopefully the new one doesn't break in just 3 months or 1 year and is good quality. any suggestions thanks
