Default Dell coupons?

I want to buy a dell notebook, and recently found out about dell coupons. Currently the best I can find is 350 off any inspiron over 1299. Is that a good coupon? Do better ones come out often? Should I buy it now or wait?
Any info on how I can save more money is appreciated

If you go to school\will be going soon (collage or university) you can check Dell University you can get some nice deals that way. Thats what my sister is doing.

it is VERY difficult to get a great deal. Dell will often give one day sales at outrageous prices, but if you werent in the know, you'll never know. i hate them for always doing that

I got my Dell laptop when it was $750 off back last year, but I havent seen many of those for a while. The most recent one was like $600 off an Inspiron E1520 or E1720.

The current one thats out is a pretty good deal.

what is really sad is that I worked there for 5 yrs, only heard of laptops being sold for less than $700 twice while i was there, and on both occassions, they NEVER told their employees...! how pathetic is that!!!

I should mention that it was $750 off an Inspiron of $1999 or more. So I got a $2000 laptop for about $1250. I'm not complaining

yeh, you definitely got a great deal! just keep in mind that deals like that arent always offered and they usually try to stick it to ya with service offerings
