when i built my computer back in December, it was running perfectly fine. when i booted up the computer it only took little to no time to load everything. but ever since i patched a file so i can change the appearance of my navigation bar and such and that file getting deleted by that Program. it's been slow when i start up the computer. i reinstalled that file by using an XP Pro disk to repair it. can anyone tell me why my computer is slow when i turn it on? thanks
