actually you need a graphic card with atleast 256mb or atleast support turbo cach

Not according to the specs, which I've taken directly from M$ and conveniently placed above in the form of a .jpeg

Yes, it works. I installed Home Premium on my parents computer, which has a 128mb Geforce FX5200. Aero works and everything, though some of the effects aren't 100% smooth(mainly full screen windows)
