hello, i am new to this forum and this is my first post. any way i am going to school in the fall and need a tv for my dorm. i have a new laptop that is running vista ultimate and was looking the best usb tv-tuner that would be compatible. since i have a quite large lcd monitor already i felt no need to waste money on a junky tv. the dorms have cable and i also wanted to run a hd antenna. my plan was to hook up my monitor and wireless keyboard + mouse to my laptop when it is in my room for the reason that i don't like little keyboards and little screens. so if i can use that same screen for tv that would not only save space (in an already small dorm) but also be more cost effective.
thank you in advance for any insight you may have. Brody |
