I need some help, when I try to play this game I downloaded it tells me I need a video driver update or a new video card, but I recently reformated my computer and before I did that I was able to play the game. I have a Compaq Presario 6430nx and I've checked the compaq site, to try to download a driver update but I could'nt find anything that worked. So if someone could explain how to find something that could update my video card, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks |

you have onboard card. so when it tells you that you need an update that means your graphic card is too weak to handle the game. even you updated it won't make a difference. just like before my card was too weak for halo it keeps telling me to update it and even though i got the latest version it still won't let me run it

Just a thought, if it worked before, have you upgraded Direct X? How about your shared vram? I've not checked to see what GPU you're running, but could the amount of shared RAM been decreased and perhaps the game won't run unless you have a certain amount of video memory?
