Default Vista update "error: 8000FFFF"

Hi,

I've got a problem. I can't update windows vista (ultimate x64). Every time vista shows me a error message: "Error: Code 8000FFFF".

why i can't make a update?

Just the 32bit editions of Vista alone are the new items of wonder since not too many have even seen and identified that many errors yet. Some don't understand the meaning of "infancy" when applied to 64bit versions of Windows which it is still in and still seriously lacks a great deal of support.

I'm not sure if the latest version of MDAC could help you iwith the 64bit edition you are running. But this error is explained in more detail at http://classicasp.aspfaq.com/general...2b-errors.html
