Default Centering a picture for printing

Hey, does anyone know what program I could use to import a picture and then center it so I can print it? I have tried MS word, and that didn't work. Any ideas guys?

ACDSee has a lot of printing options: resize, center, set margins, resolution, etc. You can even print thumbnails of pictures from a folder.
