Default What do you think of this?

Should I do it and will I notice some worth while difference?

You never know when you're going to notice a difference. In my experience, it never has made much of a difference really. A lot of these settings you will find are already set, and only need to be reset when an annoying piece of software messes with registry keys it shouldn't.
