Default i need an OS...quick...?? hurry emergency

I want an OS that I can just install and it will work with my wireless internet without installing extra stuff. I need it to surf the web. thats all.

what should i use??

live linux cd? but that really depends on your wifi stuff too...

so after i download the aik i just burn it to a bootable cd and it loads on just like any other os?

no you have to make your own PE disk with your own OS. Barts PE is another good tool to do this.

Just get DSL, it's compatible with just about any hardware.

Mostly everyone above suggested you download a Linux version, download it and burn it to disk and boot up your lappy with it, have you tried that yet ?
